Terms of Service

SipCo is a drinkware retail business based in Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria, selling online and delivering across Nigeria. We source the products we sell from suppliers; we do not manufacture them.

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including capacity, material and care where that information is available to us. Screen colours can vary slightly from the physical item. If a specification matters to your purchase, ask us before ordering and we will confirm it.

Prices are in Nigerian Naira and can change without notice. Stock availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable after you pay, we will offer a replacement or a full refund for that item.

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully received through our payment provider. We verify the price of every item on our server at checkout, so the amount charged reflects our current listed prices. We may cancel and refund an order where there is an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or an undeliverable address.

Delivery is governed by our Delivery policy, returns by our Returns & Refunds policy, and bespoke work by our Custom Orders policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

Please don't misuse this website — no attempts to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or copy our content and images for commercial use without permission.

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or affects your rights under Nigerian consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
