Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery state.

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed and handed to a courier partner. We contact you on the phone number provided if anything about your order needs clarification before dispatch.

Delivery timelines vary by destination and courier. We do not publish a guaranteed delivery time, and we will not promise one we cannot control. Once your order is handed over, we can share the courier's tracking details on request.

Courier delays, weather, public holidays and access restrictions in some areas can extend delivery times. If your order is taking longer than expected, message us on WhatsApp with your order reference and we will follow it up with the courier.

Couriers usually attempt delivery and call the phone number on the order. If they cannot reach you, the parcel may be held at a pickup point or returned to us. Repeat delivery attempts or redelivery to a new address may attract an additional fee from the courier.

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct and complete at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
