When you place an order we collect the details you enter at checkout: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, Instagram or by email, we hold that conversation and any details you share in it so we can answer you and process your order.

Your shopping cart is stored in your own browser's local storage so that it survives a page refresh. It is not an account and it is not sent to us until you check out.

We use your information to take payment, prepare and deliver your order, contact you about that order, and respond to your questions. We do not sell your personal information.

Some parts of an order are handled by service providers on our behalf:

• Paystack processes card and bank payments. Your full card details are never stored by SipCo.
• Our store platform records your order so we can fulfil and reference it.
• Courier partners receive your name, address and phone number in order to deliver your parcel.

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, customer support and legal obligations.
